Compliance

Safeguards built into every agent

AI calling is regulated. We build guardrails in so you can use it responsibly.

AI disclosure

Every agent identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call. The FCC treats AI-generated voices as "artificial" under the TCPA, so disclosure and consent matter.

Call recording notice

Greetings state that calls may be recorded, supporting two-party / all-party consent states such as California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Washington.

Consent before outbound

Outbound calls can't be placed until the user selects the type of consent they hold and attests to it. Each attestation is stored in an audit log with time and user.

Calling hours

Outbound calls are blocked outside 8:00 AM–9:00 PM in the customer's business time zone. Customers must also respect the recipient's local time.

Do-Not-Call lists

Each customer has an internal Do-Not-Call list. Numbers on it are blocked automatically. Customers remain responsible for scrubbing against the National DNC Registry and state lists.

Opt-out handling

Agents are instructed to honor any request to stop calling. Add the number to the DNC list from the dashboard to block future calls.

Human handoff

Agents can transfer callers to a human team member when requested or when a situation requires one.

Prohibited uses

No robocall campaigns to purchased lists, debt collection without proper licensing, political robocalls, or calls to emergency lines. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

These tools help with compliance but do not guarantee it. Customers are responsible for their own calling practices and should consult a qualified attorney.
